To confirm your reservation:

31 days or more before requested arrival date:

10% non-refundable deposit of the total amount.

30 days or less before requested arrival date:

For reservations of more than one night, deposit of 50% of the total amount.

If 10% already paid then balance of 40% must be paid.

Balances payable on arrival.

For reservations of one night, 100% deposit required.

Payment methods

Cash, major credit card, traveller’s cheque, manager’s cheque, bank draft or

bank transfer.

Rescheduling your Reservation:
We will happily reschedule or change the dates of your

reservation (subject to availability) up to 3 days

before arrival date for a further 10% non-refundable charge.

Cancellation

In case the 50% deposit is not paid within 14 days before arrival,

we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and to apply the 10% cancellation fee.

Cancellations should be in writing (letter, fax, or e-mail).

If you cancel the reservation:

More than 14 days before your arrival date – refund of deposit less 10% non-refundable amount

14 days to 1 day before arrival date – cancellation fee of one night inclusive of tax.

24 hours before arrival date or no show – no refund of total advance paid.

No refund for late arrivals, early departures or unused nights, or no-shows.

 

Refund method

Payments made by credit card will only be refunded to the same credit card.

Payments made by traveller’s cheque, manager’s cheque,

bank draft or bank transfer will only be refunded after funds have been

cleared by our bank. In some cases this can take up to one month and more.
